  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup canola oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9 square baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together canned pumpkin, brown sugar, canola oil, maple syrup, and milk until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
