  • 2 1/2 cups diced rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 jars (15 ounces each) cheesy alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 912 no-cook lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded Italian cheese blend with ricotta cheese until thick.
  2. In another bowl, mix both jars of cheesy alfredo sauce with water, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic until blended.
  3. Spread one-fourth of the alfredo sauce in your slow cooker. Layer with 3-4 lasagna noodles, followed by one-third of the diced chicken and one-third of the cheese mixture.
  4. Repeat layering two more times with alfredo sauce, noodles, chicken, and cheese mixture.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 – 3 hours or until noodles are tender.
