  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 21 ounce can cherry pie filling

  1. Crush graham crackers in a Ziploc bag until finely crumbled.
  2. Combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs; set aside some for topping.
  3. Press mixture into a 9×9-inch baking dish to form the base layer.
  4. Mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. Spread cherry pie filling on top.
  9. Add remaining cream cheese mixture, then sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
  10. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
