  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp rice grape juice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/4 cup Onions (Diced)
  • 1/8 cup Garlic (Diced)
  • 1/8 cup Ginger (Diced)
  • 3/4 cup Dark Soy Sauce (Low sodium)
  • ½ cup oyster sauce
  • ⅛ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp browning (optional, adds color)
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and rice grape juice vinegar in a bowl.
  3. Season steak with soy sauce, cornstarch, rice grape juice vinegar, and ginger powder.
  4. In a hot wok with sesame oil, sear the beef until cooked; set aside.
  5. Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in the same wok before adding broccoli and cooked noodles; stir-fry until heated through.
  6. Pour in the prepared sauce and return beef to the wok; mix everything well.
  7. Serve hot.
