  • 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 slices of turkey turkey turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 20 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, turkey bacon, and onion until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  3. Lay out egg roll wrappers and fill each with cheese and meat mixture. Fold and seal tightly.
  4. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray with cooking spray and bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with dipping sauces.
