  • 16.5 ounces box Strawberry Supreme cake mix
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare two 9-inch round cake pans with baker's spray.
  2. Mix coarsely crushed cookies with melted butter in one bowl; in another, mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and food coloring.
  3. Bake cookie crumbs for about 10 minutes and allow them to cool.
  4. Combine cake mix, eggs, melted butter, milk, and gelatin mix in a mixer until smooth.
  5. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 24-28 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For the cheesecake layer, reduce oven temperature to 325°F and prepare as directed. Bake for about 40 minutes.
  7. Cool all layers completely before assembling the cake with frosting and cookie crumbs.
