  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 6.55 ounces milk chocolate candy bars
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt; mix until just combined.
  5. Press half of the dough into the pie dish as the crust base.
  6. Spread marshmallow creme over the crust.
  7. Layer with chopped chocolate bars and sprinkle with mini marshmallows.
  8. Roll out remaining dough into a disc and place over the filling; seal edges.
  9. Bake for about 10 minutes, then add more mini marshmallows and chocolate on top.
  10. Return to the oven for an additional 8–10 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
