  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 lb medium shell pasta
  • 12 ounces thawed cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper (orange or red), finely diced
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions.
