  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, onion powder, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper in one bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg and place Panko breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
