  • 2 packets taco seasoning
  • 1½ teaspoons Better than Beef Bouillon
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1½ cups beef stock
  • 1 can red enchilada sauce (19 oz)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 4 cups Mexican cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and Better than Bouillon until well combined.
  4. Add water and simmer until most liquid is absorbed.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, then gradually add beef stock, enchilada sauce, and chili powder until thickened.
  6. Spoon seasoned beef onto each tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top, and roll tightly.
  7. Place the burritos on an oven-safe plate; pour sauce over and top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
