  • 1/2 Cup Butter (melted)
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Dill (dried)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 Pounds Salmon
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley (fresh, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Fold up the sides of the foil but do not seal it yet.
  4. Spoon the garlic butter mixture over the salmon generously. Seal the foil packet completely.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Carefully open the foil packet to release steam and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
