Instructions

  1. Form approximately 15 balls from cooled mac and cheese (about 2 tablespoons each).
  2. Chill the formed balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until blended.
  5. Roll each chilled mac and cheese ball in the eggs followed by the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  6. Air fry at 380°F for 6 minutes, flip, spray again with cooking spray, and cook for an additional 6 minutes until golden brown.
