  • 1 pound skinless salmon filet (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots (cooked)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (cooked)
  • 2 cups white rice (cooked)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cube the salmon filet and season with salt and pepper. Mince the garlic.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket and drizzle half of the glaze over them. Cook for about 6 minutes until cooked through.
  4. While the salmon cooks, divide cooked rice among bowls and top with broccoli and shredded carrots.
  5. Once done, add salmon to each bowl with remaining glaze and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
