  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large very ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • Chopped pecans for garnish (optional)
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet on medium-low heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, sugars, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract to the dry mixture; stir until incorporated.
  4. Fold in mashed bananas and melted butter until smooth.
