Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 lobster tails
  • 1 1/2 cups salted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lobster by cutting the shell of the tails and removing the meat. Melt butter in a saucepan and add minced garlic. Poach the lobster meat for about 3 minutes in the melted butter before setting aside.
  2. Freeze small cubes of the poached lobster mixed with reserved butter in an ice cube tray.
  3. Combine biscuit mix from the Red Lobster box with shredded cheddar and cold water to form dough.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Scoop dough, place a frozen lobster cube in the center, and seal it completely.
  5. Bake on a lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with reserved melted butter mixed with spices after baking.
