  • 12 oz chicken sausage (sliced)
  • 1 lb petite potatoes (red or gold)
  • 2 ears of corn (cut into 1.5-inch rounds)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 12 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: peel shrimp, slice chicken sausage, and halve larger potatoes.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix shrimp, chicken sausage, potatoes, and corn. Drizzle melted butter over the mixture, add seasoning and minced garlic; toss well.
  4. Thread marinated ingredients onto skewers, alternating between shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Brush with additional garlic butter while grilling.
