  • 2 boxes of Twinkies
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups cold coffee
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup crushed vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Quickly dip half of the Twinkies into cold coffee and line the bottom of a glass dish with them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and mascarpone until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the layer of dipped Twinkies.
  6. Add another layer of dipped Twinkies on top and spread the remaining cream mixture evenly.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
