  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1/4 cup dill
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp red grape juice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 cups cooked tater tots
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups sliced turkey turkey turkey pepperoni
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ranch dressing by blending mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, chives, dill, buttermilk, grape juice vinegar, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Beat eggs with dried oregano in a bowl and scramble in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Heat a skillet and layer half the turkey turkey pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Spread half of the pizza sauce on one tortilla and place it sauce-side down onto melted cheese. Flip after one minute; repeat with the second tortilla.
  4. Fill each tortilla with tater tots, ranch dressing, and scrambled eggs; fold into burrito shapes.
  5. In another skillet over medium-high heat, melt half the parmesan cheese and roll burritos seam-side down until fully coated.
