  • 3 cups sliced bananas
  • 8 ounces strawberry cream cheese spread
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 packets (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 ounces vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cream cheese spread and sweetened condensed milk, mixing until smooth.
  2. Add instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk; blend for about 2 minutes until there are no lumps. Chill in the fridge.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until firm peaks form. Gently fold in the chilled pudding mixture.
  4. In a 9×13 casserole dish, layer sliced strawberries, bananas, and vanilla wafers at the bottom, followed by a layer of pudding. Repeat layers twice more.
  5. Chill for 4-6 hours before serving to let flavors meld.
