  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ½ Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 24 ounces Marinara Sauce
  • 1 pound Rotini Pasta
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 5 Italian Bread Boules
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • Turkey Turkey pepperoni (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the center out of each bread boule to form bowls.
  2. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until no pink remains. Drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce, cooked pasta, and any desired toppings like turkey turkey pepperoni.
  5. Combine melted butter with garlic powder; brush inside and outside of each bread bowl with this mixture.
  6. Layer mozzarella cheese at the bottom of each bowl, fill with the beef-pasta mix, and top with more cheese and turkey turkey pepperoni.
  7. Place on a baking sheet, bake for about 5 minutes, then broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is golden.
