  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 packet instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by blending the Oreo cookies in a food processor until crumbly. Mix with melted butter and pack into the bottom of a casserole dish (9×13). Freeze to set.
  2. Make the cream layer by whipping softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and milk while mixing until smooth. Fold in cool whip and spread half over the crust. Freeze again.
  3. Prepare the pudding layer by whisking instant chocolate pudding with whole milk until thickened. Chill for 15 minutes before spreading over the cream layer.
  4. Top with the remaining cool whip mixture and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
