  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp Herbs de Provence
  • 3 thick cut slices of smoked turkey
  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese cut into 8 squares
  • 1/4 cup Dijon (for dipping sauce)
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp sparkling grape juice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Herbs de Provence until well mixed.
  2. On parchment paper, spread the chicken mixture into a rectangle. Layer smoked turkey and Swiss cheese on half of the mixture before drizzling with additional Dijon.
  3. Fold over the parchment to encase the fillings, cutting into squares.
  4. Coat each nugget in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook nuggets for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
