  • 9 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp saffron
  • 4 ounces cooked shrimp
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping chives, finely chopping shallots, and mincing garlic.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  3. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic and shallots for about a minute until fragrant.
