  • 3/4 cup dry white grape juice
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked lobster, chopped
  • Fresh parsley and parmesan cheese for garnish
  • 12 ounces cheese ravioli

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the diced shallot for about 3 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. Stir in dried thyme and basil; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the dry white grape juice and simmer for 1-2 minutes to meld flavors.
  4. Gradually whisk in heavy cream and old bay seasoning; bring to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Prepare ravioli according to package instructions; set aside.
  6. Mix in the cooked lobster pieces into the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning as needed.
