  • 6 burrito-sized tortillas
  • 23 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 tomatoes (sliced)
  • 3 green onions (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Allow chicken to cool slightly, then shred into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat and add shredded lettuce, buffalo chicken mixture, cheddar cheese, tomato slices, green onions, cilantro, and ranch dressing in the center.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly to secure everything inside. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
