  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces imitation crab (flake-style, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, imitation crab, green onion, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  2. Place about one tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water and seal tightly by pinching the corners together.
