  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1¼ cups powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini donut pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, oat flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.

  5. Fill each cavity of the donut pan halfway with batter using a piping bag.
  6. Bake for 6-7 minutes until springy or a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
