  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar (for streusel)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt (for streusel)
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 12-inch cast iron skillet or medium casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually mix in the heavy cream.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Pour the pumpkin filling into the prepared skillet and spread the streusel topping evenly over it.
