  • 1/3 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
  • Handful of spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced celery, garlic, and onions; sauté for about two minutes until softened.
