Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, pumpkin puree, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix white whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices until evenly blended.
