  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 5 cups whole milk
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 56 cooked lobster tails (meat removed)
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • mustard powder (optional)
  • nutmeg (optional)
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add flour and stir until thickened (about 3 minutes).
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cheeses until melted.
