  • 12 oz dry linguini pasta
  • 23 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 lemon (zest of)
  • 3/4 cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2.53 cups half-and-half
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning.
  2. In a large deep skillet over medium-low heat, cook chicken for about three minutes per side or until cooked through. Add one tablespoon of butter while cooking. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté minced garlic for one minute.
  4. Deglaze with white grape juice and let reduce for four to five minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice, chicken stock, and half-and-half; whisk in seasonings and bring to a low boil.
  6. Stir in the pasta; simmer for eight to ten minutes until al dente.
