Cuban Sliders are a mouthwatering delight that brings together tender turkey and chicken, gooey Swiss cheese, tangy mustard, and crunchy pickles, all embraced by sweet rolls. These mini sandwiches are perfect for any occasion—be it game day, family gatherings, or casual get-togethers.

  • 12 Kings Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 pound sliced turkey
  • 1 pound pre-cooked pulled chicken
  • 56 dill pickles (sliced lengthwise)
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Split the rolls in half and arrange the bottom halves in a prepared baking dish.
  3. Spread yellow mustard generously on the bottom buns.
  4. Layer with sliced turkey, pulled chicken, dill pickles, and Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on top to complete the assembly.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with kosher salt, minced garlic, and parsley.
  7. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Slice along seams into individual sliders and serve warm.
