  • ⅓ cup salsa
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 810 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe dish, soften the cream cheese for about 15-20 seconds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, shredded chicken, colby jack cheese, green onion, and cilantro. Mix well.
