  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine sliced apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  4. Flatten each cinnamon roll slightly. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the rolls at the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the rolls and layer half of the apple mixture on top.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  7. Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow cooling slightly before drizzling with caramel sauce.
