  • 2 cups uncooked penne or rigatoni pasta
  • 500g beef strips (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced, red or green)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the onion and bell pepper, then mince the garlic.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. In your crockpot, combine the browned beef, sliced onions, bell peppers, minced garlic, uncooked pasta, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
